Sean focuses on organic seasonal produce with grass fed meats and wild sustainable sea foods in Aspen, Co. His personal approach to your menu is rustic, leaving the ingredients to speak for themselves with refined technique.
Sean developed his skills as a chef in many restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area. In Sonoma County he got his start in an artisan bakery, mixing and baking amazing sourdough breads. He worked his way through the industry, most recently he was the executive chef of 20 Spot in San Francisco. He is now working in Aspen as your next private chef.
